Nationwide Auction Access LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us") provides assistance services for independent automobile dealers and automotive professionals seeking registration access to dealer-only automotive auction platforms within the United States.
We provide administrative support, application guidance, and concierge assistance for obtaining auction credentials and identification approval. We do NOT operate any vehicle auctions and do NOT sell vehicles.
We function solely as a registration assistance and facilitation service connecting licensed automotive professionals with third-party auction providers.
The Company is an independent service provider and is not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with any auction platform, marketplace, or vehicle auction provider unless explicitly stated in writing.
Services are intended exclusively for United States licensed automotive professionals and dealers eligible to legally participate in dealer-only auctions. By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that you meet all federal and state licensing requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.
The Company collects payment strictly for registration assistance services.
All service fees are non-refundable once processing or submission of registration begins.
Approval into any auction system is determined solely by the third-party platform and not by the Company. Denial of registration does not constitute grounds for refund.
We are not responsible for any actions, policies, errors, or decisions made by third-party auction platforms. We do not guarantee acceptance, account approval, bidding privileges, purchase eligibility, pricing accuracy, or availability of inventory.
The Company does not inspect, own, warehouse, transport, store, sell, broker, or transfer vehicle ownership. All vehicles purchased through third-party auctions are acquired at the buyer's sole risk.

You agree not to misuse dealer credentials, share account access, or violate auction platform rules. Any suspension, termination, penalties, or legal consequences imposed by third-party platforms are solely the responsibility of the user.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that the service is administrative and begins immediately upon submission. Initiating a chargeback after services have begun constitutes breach of contract.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation, communication logs, timestamps, and service records. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and credit bureaus where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nationwide Auction Access LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to the Company for registration services.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
